Alexandra Locksmiths were called to a job in Totteridge, London N20. The customer had a PVC back door which was jammed shut. The lady firstly wanted us to open the door and then identify what the problem was and repair or replace it.
When we got the door open we could see that the PVC mechanism was broken and beyond repair. We ordered a new lock mechanism which arrived the next day and we then fitted the new lock mechanism. It was within 24 hours from when our customer first called us to the lock being ordered the job being complete.
