Our customer was looking for a locksmith covering Tottenham, North London, N17. They wanted a general security survey to check that they were insured as there had recently been a few burglaries in their street and were very concerned.
We advised that the deadlock on the front door did not conform to BS3621 and was not an insurance approved lock. The back and side wooden doors needed key operated bolts to the top and bottom of the doors.
We supplied and installed a Union 5 lever British Standard deadlock to the front door and Yale key operated bolts to the back and side doors.
