The customer and his family were locked out on a Saturday night, they had the keys but the door wouldn’t open.
After gaining entry to the house we noticed that the key they were trying to use had been cut badly as it was a copy of a copy not from an original key. Unfortunately this was the only key that they had, so we had to change the cylinder to provide them with new and original keys.
