I called Alexandra Locksmiths late on a Tuesday night as one of our Yale locks had broken. Paul kindly squeezed us in to his busy schedule the next day, arrived right on time and replaced an old lever lock and the broken Yale within minutes and at a very competitive price. He also provided some much appreciated and free of charge security and fire safety advice regarding our street entrance, and a couple of key rings to boot.
