The Olympic Torch Relay Evening Celebration is taking place on 25th July at Alexandra Palace and it is sold out.  But the park will still be open, so why not take friends or neighbours and join in with the celebrations.  The Olympic Torch Bearers will be entering the Park shortly after 18.00.

Alexandra Palace is home to Holland Heineken House the official Dutch Olympic House for the Olympic Games and the actual Palace will be closed until after London 2012.

Alexandra Palace Way will be closed to traffic from 1am to 10pm on Weds 25th as this is where the Olympic Torch will be making its journey.  From 2pm the followings entrances to the Park will be closed, the South Gates and Alexandra Palace Way, North entrance gates via Springfield Avenue, Muswell Hill, Dukes Avenue, The Avenue and Alexandra Park Road.

The Arena is open from 4pm to ticket holders only. All of the tickets to the evening celebration are sold out and there will be no admission to the Arena at Alexandra Palace.

There will be no parking available in the grounds of Alexandra Palace, the usual restrictions apply in the local roads.

Ticket holders can access the entrance to the Arena on foot from the Park at entrances at either end of Alexandra Palace way.
