Faulty Door Lock Replacement with No Damage
Alexandra Locksmiths were called by a customer in East Ham, East London E12 who was locked out and needed an emergency locksmith. She was trying to use the key to her Yale cylinder lock, but it was just turning and making a clicking noise and not opening the door. We arrived within 30 minutes and were able to open the door without damaging it, we then replaced the faulty Yale rim lock case, meaning that the customer was able to keep the existing cylinder meaning that she was able to keep the same keys and this kept costs down.
