Police have increased their presence at Oakwood Tube Station after three women have been victims of robberies outside of the station in just over one week. Police are looking for a 6ft tall man described as white and between 20-25 years old. He was last seen on Friday and was wearing dark blue jeans and a baggy grey hooded top. The first victim had her bag snatched at 00.45 on Friday 27th July, fortunately a passer-by shouted at the robber and he dropped the bag. The second attack was on Thursday 2nd August at 21.30 this time the victim was not so lucky and was threatened with a knife and handed over cash to the man. The third attack was less than an hour later and the victim was kicked to the floor by the man, the victims phone was smashed in the attack but again the robber left with nothing.
