Just done a job in London W1, near John Lewis, where the builders had some how managed to jam a Banham L2000 rim lock and M2002 deadlock. Once I got the door open & changed both Banham locks, the builders were quiet surprised at my fair bill as they were quoted some astronomical prices. I know the Banham L2000 rim lock and M2002 deadlock are very expensive compared to traditional Yale type rim locks and Chubb type deadlocks, but, in my opinion, they are the best locks on the Market and are both British Standard BS3621 approved locks.
